WWII 2nd Irish Brigade "Eastern Command" MKII Brodie Helmet. These were all british made brodie helmets given to the Irish for defense purposes in case of a German invasion. The helmet shell is dated 1940 and is equipped with a 1st-pattern elastic khaki chinstrap. The helmet is in great shape, showing solid wear and use. Liner is slightly crispy but still intact. A rare and uncommon piece, perfect for any collection.
